One such a person was CAPT Eleanor Grace Alexander

Who was Captain Alexander ?  Who was this brave young army nurse who was serving her tour of duty in Viet Nam ?… Those answers and more are what I am compelled to write about here.  She will never be forgotten and she did not die in vain.  This is true, so long as there are dedicated Americans willing to “pay it forward”  by educating the many people who will come to know her and why Eleanor Grace Alexander was willing to sacrifice her life by saving other lives https://www.vvmf.org/Wall-of-Faces/560/ELEANOR-G-ALEXANDER/

Also, I would like to introduce you to a website which is the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, vvmf.org

Countless numbers of people have become familiar with this site, and this is where you can browse through and learn so much more about the Vietnam Era, and some of the most turbulent years in American history. Explore The Wall Of Faces, and learn about the men and women who lost their lives in service to our country. It is a somber place for me each time I visit there. Thank you for your interest.
